001 * June is the time for weddings. The Rose Cottage Bakery features an assortment of beautiful wedding cakes. The ladies are enjoying a champagne tea on the patio. The swan puff pastries and plate of tea sandwiches are from the English Kitchen. I made the square two-tiered cake on the table to the left of the door at a workshop taught by Ruth Stewart in May, 2015 in Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
