Comment: A spooky photo of a former resident hangs on the dining room wall, covered with cobwebs.
005 * The front porch. The window insert for the front door was made from a plastic berry container. * The front porch. The window insert for the front door was made from a plastic berry container. * 2048 x 1536 * (1.31MB)

006 * One of the first floor rooms. I made the little ghost using pipe cleaners, a small styrofoam ball and starched cheesecloth. There's even a skeleton under the stairs. * One of the first floor rooms. I made the little ghost using pipe cleaners, a small styrofoam ball and starched cheesecloth. 009 * The first floor dining room is dusty and full of cobwebs. The hutch was an old piece from my Mom's dollhouse. I left the original finish, but antiqued it a bit. The table was a bargain item. One leg was broken, but that's perfect for this scene. I used some ash from the fireplace to dirty the rug and floor, making it look like years of accumulated dust. * The first floor dining room is dusty and full of cobwebs. 015 * The graveyard. As noted earlier, the tombstones were made from wood scraps (punch outs from doors and windows from this and other kits). The yard is filled with dried grass and flowers and twigs from the yard. The tree is part of a small azalea bush that died in our yard. * The graveyard.
